The draft must've been pretty rough to get out of.
Anywho yeah this is Bender when he made it into the military when he got older, he kinda lost himself in the terrors and well, turned into what you see in the picture right there.

its about the draft and i literally hear it every year on the radio at thanksgiving

awesome ! love the light fall and clear difference between light and dark. it gives a very interesting effect, and the firey colored eyes stand out really well from the rest of the drawing making him look intimidating 
great job on the anatomy too, and I love the clothes
hm I do have a suggestion for the light fall, if you would add a bit of white on the edges of the character where the light hits it will improve the effect, I usually do this by adding a new layer and fooling around with the opacity and blur so that it won't be too intense.
hope I explained it well, it is sometimes bit difficult to explain these things :'D
